Do I need to find a specialist through Tursar?
No. The core Tursar use case is an existing relationship: you already have the client, specialist, team or project.
Can an individual specialist use Tursar?
Yes, where the facts support a workable structure. The exact route depends on the person's status, country, work and other relevant facts.
Can a sole trader or foreign company use Tursar?
Yes. The available structure can differ depending on whether the counterparty is an individual, sole trader or company.
Is every case handled the same way?
No. Tursar assesses each case individually and selects a structure appropriate to the facts.
What does “from 5%” mean?
It is the starting Tursar service fee. The final fee depends on the scope, structure and value of the cooperation. The minimum service fee is €40.
Are mandatory costs included?
Any mandatory costs arising from the selected cooperation structure are assessed before implementation rather than hidden inside a generic price.
Does Tursar provide tax returns for the specialist?
Not as the core product. The purpose is to structure and organize the cooperation. Independent tax obligations remain dependent on the applicable rules and the actual facts.
Can you work with parties in different countries?
That is the point of the model. The case assessment starts by mapping the countries and roles of the parties before selecting the structure.
